3. **Tracking and Documentation**: Keeping a detailed log of medications administered, including dosage and timing, for accuracy and medical records.
4. **Prescription Management**: Coordinating with pharmacies for refills, managing prescriptions, and ensuring no lapses in medication availability.
5. **Education**: Informing individuals and their families about medication purposes, potential side effects, and interactions with other drugs.
